This refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr. Lawrence W. Rossbach
and Mr. Peter W. Kelley of this office on November 22, 1986 to January 5, 1987
at Indian Point Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 2, Buchanan, New York of
activities authorized by NRC License No. DPR-26, and to the discussions of our
findings held by Mr. L. Rossbach with you and your staff at the conclusion of
the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the report enclosed
with this letter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
