Please be advised that neither the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency nor the Department of Corrections were served with a copy of the Licensing Board's Supplement to the Fourth Partial Initial Decision Relating to the Remanded Contention Regarding Manpower Mobilization at the State Correctional Institution at Graterford. Copies of the decision have been secured by other means.
