VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION NEC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-338/86-29 AND 50-339/86-29 We have reviewed your letter of December 10, 1986 in reference to the security inspection conducted at the North Anna Power Station on November 17-21, 1986, and reported in Inspection Report Nos. 50-338/86-29 and 50-339/86-29.
Our response to the Notice of Violation is addressed in the attachment.
The corrrective action to this violation is being reviewed for applicability by the Surry Power Station.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10CFR73.21, and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
