The reports from the quality assurance category comply fully with the Writer's Guide.

Enclosure 3 transmits the final element reports for 6 elements addressing Sequoyah Nuclear Plant employee conceras in the following categories:

Construction - 3 report Operations - 3 reports Quality Assurance - 2 reports As indicated by the report cover sheets, these reports have completed final review by the Senior Review Panel and the Employee Concern Task Group management. With these final reports, all employee concerns related to Sequoyah have been addressed for 11300, Anchorages; and Quality Assurance Subcategory 80400, Nonconformance Control and Corrective Action.
