This -letter refers .to .the.special safety inspection conducted by Harry W.
Kerch of this office on November 3-7, 1986 at Limerick Power Station, Unit 2
and ~the Region-I' offices of activities authorized by NRC License No.
CPPR-107. Mr. Kerch discussed the findings of the inspection with R. H. Zong
of your staff at the conclusion of-the inspection.
Areas e_xamined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I In-
spection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examinations of-procedures and representative
. records, interviews with' personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
