STAFF REQUIREMENTS - SECY-86-122,
" POLICY FOR ENFORCEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS" The Commission, with all Commissioners agreeing, has approved the attached Policy for Enforcement of Environmental Qualification Requirements, as modified.
Both the attached policy paper and the enclosure should be distributed to the regions for implementation.
