Fermi-2 Maintenance and Surveillance Program Survey GGrimes ACRS (10)
My letter dated December 23, 1986,-informed you of the NRC staff's planned visit to the Fermi-2 plant site during the week of February 9-13, 1987, for the purpose of conducting the subject survey. Because of schedular conflicts identified to me by the NRC survey team, the team's visit has been rescheduled to the week of April 20-24, 1987.
It is requested that the documentation pre-paratory for the visit identified in the December 23, 1986, letter be submitted to the addressees listed therein no later than March 27, 1987.
I trust that this change will not be an inconvenience to DECO.
The survey team will require unlimited access to the plant in the conduct of the survey. As such, it is also requested that' your staff. advise me of the plant specific preparations which must be satisfied for unlimited access privileges, since we would like to minimize the time to attain unlimited access on the first day of the visit. Please have your staff communicate this information to me within five days after receipt of this letter.
