We have confirmed by telepinne Steven courtmuncho's visit on January 21, 1988 to our facilitics. We wish, lowever, to confinn via this letter, the steps we have taken to correct our violations.

AppcMix A - Notice of Violation A.1 - We are attachim a copy of our report frcm 'IMA Berline ThentnAnalytical, Inc., for total uranium in urine for those mployees involvcd with the samples.

We received very few saples durirg 1986 and 1987, hcmever, hereafter we will nuintain tic scmi-annual check at six nonth intervals, either/or follcuing the can-pletion of analysis, as close as possible to the six ncnth interval.

A. 2 - Swipo samples have been taken following ccrapletion of analysis as wl1 as checki m all areas with our counter. The ccunter ard swipes wrc chccked at Toledyne and found to be correct aM clean. Arcther set of swipes will be sub.-

We believe this will servo as a consultant, since he is actively involved with this type of nuterial on a daily tosis, while we are only prccessim sanples on an infraquent insis.
