Dear Mr. Martin:
Attached please find the Startup Report prepared and submitted pursuant to Spec-ification 6.9.1. 2 of Appendix A (Technical Specifications) to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 2 Operating License.
The report contains the test results of Fuel Load, Post-Core Hot Functional Testing, Initial Critical-ity, Low Power Physics Testing, and Power Ascension Testing.
One item remains open and will be addressed in Supplement 1 to the Startup Report, to be submitted by March 18, 1987.
This item is Section 6.4, " Reactor Coolant and Secondary Chemistry and Radiochemistry Test."
