On-site EOF Modification

NPPD to Robert D. Martin letter dated October 3, 1986
Dear Mr. Martin:
This letter is to inform you that our on-site EOF modification project is complete. The EOF and will be placed in active status as of January 1,1987.
In the event of an emergency, this facility will be utilized.
Represtntatives from the states of Nebraska and Missouri were invited to tour the facility and make comments. Some final modifications to equipment place-ment and telephones were made at Nebraska's request. All comments / items have been resolved.
A walk-through was conducted on December 23, 1986, as an orientation exercise for CNS personnel. Those participating were familiarized uith their new seating assignments. A discussion on the co-location concept of operation was also conducted.
Communication equipment and data transmission circuits were verified by the l
CNS Emergency Planning group in conjunction with NPPD Communication techni-cians. All systems are operational.
