Re: Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 IE Compliance Bulletin 86-03 By Letter dated November 14,1986 (L-86-468) Florida Power & Light (FPL) committed to provide a schedule for long term resolution of the High Head Safety injection (HHSI) recirculation problem as identified'in IE Compliance Bulletin 86-03.
FPL expects to complete construction activities associated with the HHS1 recirculation modification by the end of the Unit 4 outage of 1988 (scheduled to begin in January 1988) or as modified by Integrated Schedule.
