We have initiated our review of your revision to the Radiological Contingency Plan dated July 25, 1988, (submitted by letter dated July 26, 1988). The i
organization described in Chapter 4, "Organization for Control of Radiological 1
Contingencies" of your revision is not consistent with the organization j
described in Materials License No. SNH-21.

These inconsistencies werc discussed by Dr. Remley and David McCaughey of my l
staff on October 3, 1988. Based on the discussion, it is cur understanding l
that you will submit an application for license amendment requesting changes in the organization. Please submit your application within 30 days of the date of this letter.
We will continue our review upon receipt of the information.
