This letter refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr. S. Chaudhary of
this office on Sept 27-30, 1988, at the Limerick Generating Station - Unit 2.
Gechtel Power Corporation, Pottstown and the Philadelphia Electric Company,

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Chaudhary discussed the results of the
inspection with Mr. D. R. Helwig of your staf f at the conclusion of the
inspection.
The inspection focused on the Corporate Engineering support program for
Litrerick - Unit 2.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the
NRC Region ! Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selected examinations of procedures
and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the
inspectors.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
