, /9 SELECT SYSTEM ASSESSMENT NOVEMBER 1986 PROGRESS Reconstitution of Design Basis Draf t versions of the reconstituted design bases are presently being reviewed and commented upon by oppropriate Juno Plant Engineering and Safety Engineering Group personnel. Incorporation of these comments and reissucoce for review by other FPL groups is planned for December.
Preparation and issuance of the Chemical and Volume Control System (Emergency Boration) draft reconstituted design basis is proceeding on schedule for a 2/1/87 issue.
Schedules for reconstitution of design bases for Normal Containment Coolers, Process Radiation Monitors and Area Radiation Monitors are being discussed with a planned initiation of these efforts on 1/1/88.
Walkdowns Walkdowns are proceeding on a schedule for completion concurrent with the end of the next Unit 3 refueling outage.
Small bore piping and tubing walkdowns outside Units 3 and 4 Containment are in progress.
Fifty-seven of ninety-two breaker list walkdowns outside units 3 and 4 Containments are complete.
Seventy-five of one hundred and four P&lD walkdowns outside Units 3 and 4 Containments are complete.
All (107) Operating (T&E) drawing walkdowns are complete.
Operability / functionality problems are continuing to be addressed as found and evoluoted.
