SUBJECT:
COMANCHE PEAK CORRECTIVE ACTION PROGRAM In order for the NRC staff to efficiently schedule inspections that will focus on your corrective action programs, we request:
1.
A list of the discrete program components of each corrective action plan (e.g., high energy line break, systems interactions, fire protection, etc.); the organization that is conducting the work (e.g., SWEC, Ebasco, Impell, etc.);
the location where the work is being performed (e.g., NY, Boston, Chicago, etc.).
2.
A current schedule of completion of work for the various program components; a point of contact.
3.
A list of products that will be produced as a result of the corrective action plans and documentation available to be reviewed.
4.
Plans for design verification of any redesign /requalification work that may arise from recently initiated SWEC work.
5.
An explanation of the relationship between generic issue reports and issue resolution reports.
It is our understanding that both are to document planned corrective actions and evaluations by TERA of these plans.
