Dear Mr. Martin:
This letter is to request a review of the attached Letter of Agreement to determine if it continues to represent the current policy on the role of the NRC during a radiological emergency.
A written response is requested for documentation purposes.
This request is the result of a review of Letters of Agreement contained in the Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP) which is currently being conducted.
This review is to ensure that the RERP continues to contain current written agreements with federal, state and local agencies and other support organizations having an emergency response role within the Emergency Planning Zone, j
