' Attention: Mr. G. W. Knighton, Director G03-86-416 Page Two With regard to Item 1.le of Reference b), which Reference a) mentions as a concern: Component Cooling Water (CCW) to the Reactor Coolant Pump (RCP) Seal Coolers does not isolate on a Safety Injection Actuation Signal (SIAS) at WNP-3.

Isolation of CCW to the RCP Seal Coolers does occur on receipt of a Containment Isolation Actuation Signal (CIAS).

The isolation valves are provided with a manual override and the EPG's provide guidance on restoration of CCW to the RCP Seal Coolers.

The Supply System will provide a more detailed response following resumption of construction at WNP-3.
