(a) Ihe Small flusiness Administration (SUA) has entored into Cnntract tio. f4RC 88-095 with the U.S. fluclear Regulatory Corunis, ion to furnish the supplies or services as described therein. A copy of the Ct,ntract is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
(b) Scientech, Inc., hereaf ter roferred to as the subcontractor, a g ra'c % and acknnwledges as follows:
(1) That it will, for' and on behalf of the SUA, f ulfill and perform all of the requirernents of Contract tin, flRC-04-88-095 for the consideration stated therein and that it has read and is f amiliar with each and overv part of t!'c con t ra c t.
(2) That the SBA has deleoated responsibility for the administration to the U.S. t!uclear Regulatory Comission witn complete of this subcontract term and authority to take any action on behalf of the Government under the conditions of this subcontract.
(3) That it will not subcontract the performance of any of the the requirements nf this subcontract to any lower tier subcontractor without prior written approval of the SBA and the designated Contractino Of ficer of the U.S. fiaclear Regulatory Comission.
