The NRC recently inadvertently distributed to TVA, a copy of an internal i

memorandum from James G. Partlow, Director of the Office of Special Projects to James Lieberman, Director of the Office of Enforcement, dated July 22, 1988, concerning Sequoyah fire protection issues. The purpose of this letter is to inform TVA that distribution of that document was inadvertent, that the document contained predecisional information and does not represent an agency position, and that no TVA action should be taken on the basis of that document.
