ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT (TAC NO. 64274)

The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.19 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-21 for Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1, in response to your application dated December 22, 19,86.

The amendment changes the expiration date for the Millstone Unit 1, Facility Operating License, DPR-21, from May 19, 2006 to October 6, 2010.

A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
