NUTECH, Inc. has invested a considerable amount of time,

engineering manpower,and money in the developmenmt of the information contained in the drawings.
Public dis-closure of this information would cause substantial harm to NUTECH's competitive position.
Others, seeking to design similar storage systems, would have to make simi-lar investments to develop the information on their own as long as the information is not disclosed to the public.
