Pursuant to 10CFR110-5 we hereby apply a license to expert to Shimane Nuclear Power Station unit I reactor of The Chugoku Electric Power Company, Inc. and is to be used for a part of its 13th reload.
As shown on the attached Form NRC-7, Japan Nuclear Fuel Conversion Co., Ltd. (JCO) is the first destination in Japan for UF6-UO2 conversion and then the material is to be forwarded to Nuclear Fuel Industries, Ltd. (NFI) for fabrication into fuel assemblies.
