Dear Mr. Murley:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Commonwealth Edison proposes to amend Appendix A, Technical Specifications to Facility Operating License DPR-30.
The proposed amendment clarifles the reporting requirements for the Fire Suppression System. The changes are listed in Attachment 1 and further described in Attachment 2.
The proposed changes have been reviewed and e' proved by both On-Site and Of2-Site review in accordance with Commonwealth '. son Company procedures.
We have reviewed these proposed amendments in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92(c) and determined that no significant hazards consideration exist.
This evaluation is documented in Attachment 3.
Commonwealth Edison is notifying the State of Illinois of our application for this amendment by transmitting a copy of this letter and its attachment to the designated State Official.
In accordance with 10 CFR 170, a fee remittance in the amount of
$150.00 is also enclosed.
