Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of License Change Application (LCA) 141 requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1. An application fee of $150 is attached in accordance with 10 CFR 170.
LCA 141 requests minor changes to the Surveillance Requirements for ECCS pumps to reflect that differential pressures across the pumps must be measured vice discharge pressures to determine operability.
