have taken to correct the noncompliances which we brought to your attention in
our letter dated June 6,1986.

The actions you have taken appear to be appropriate; however, the following
items were not addressed:

Has the training conducted in response to violations 373/86015-01A and

373/86015-018 been incorporated into the permanent operator training
program? If not, when will this be accomplished?
2.
Was the sumary of licensed operator responsibilities prepared by the NSO
incorporated into the permanent operator training program? If not, how
'
will this summary be made available to operators licensed in the future?
l
3.
In light of the significant number of wrong unit errors at LaSalle since
Unit 2 licensing, what effort did the Comonwealth Edison Company make to
assure itself that this error was an isolated event and that there are no
other improperly hung tags currently in the field?
4.
How will the effectiveness of your corrective actions, especially those
initiated to prevent wrong unit errors, be assessed?
