Technical Specifications in response to your application dated April 17,1997.
Due to an administrative error, three pages of the technical specifications contained errors; an incorrect page number, a missing parenthesis, and a misspelled word. Enclosed are the correct technical specification pages. Also, a revised page 4 of the Safety Evaluation is '
