D On December 31,1998, the Commission issued Amendment No.188 to Facility Operating i

' License No. DPR-40 for the Fort Calhoun Station, Unit No.1. The amendment changed the .

Technical Specifications in response to your application dated April 17,1997.

Due to an administrative error, three pages of the technical specifications contained errors; an '

incorrect page number, a missing parenthesis, and a misspelled word. Enclosed are the correct technical specification pages. Also, a revised page 4 of the Safety Evaluation is '

enclosed that adds a paragraph after paragraph 1 and deletes paragraph 5.~ We apologize for .

any inconvenience this may have caused.
