Dear Mr. Chairman:
In response to your letter dated June 24 ' 1986, we are forwarding the Commission's responses to the pre-hearing uestions for the July 16 hearing on the significance of management problems at comercial nuclear facilities.
Commissioner Asselstine was on official travel and was unable to participate in the preparation of the answer to Question 9.
If he has additional coments on that question, he will provide them to the Subcommittee before the hearing. Comissior ?r Bernthal has also been on official travel. He may also have additional coments.
