Dear Mr. Kammerer:

I am writing to relay to you the concerns some of my con-stituents have expressed to me regarding the safety of the construction of the Seabrook nuclear power plant in Seabrook, New Hampshire.

Apparently former construction workers at the plant have alleged that numerous safety violations occurred during its construction.

Is the Nuclear Regulatory Commission aware of these allegations and, if so, is it investigating their accuracy as part of the plant licensing process?

I look forward to your response on this matter, as this issue has generated some concerns among Maine residents.

Thank you for your attention to my request.

With best wishes, I am Sincerely, W'
