Docket Nos. 50-361/50-362 Monthly Operating Reports for August 1986 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3 Enclosed are the Monthly Operating Reports as required by Section 6.9.1.10 of Appendix A, Technical Specifications to Facility Operating Licenses NPF-10 and NPF-15 for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3, respectively.
Also, enclosed is a description of a challenge to Unit 2 main steam safety valves which occurred on August 12, 1986.
