Proposed Changes to LC0 4.3.10 and SR 5.3.8 of the Fort St.
Vrain Technical Specifications
REFERENCE:
Generic Letter 84-13, dated 5/3/84 (G-84484)
Dear Mr. Berkow:
This letter is to propose changes to the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifications. This change involves primarily deletion of the snubber tables and the correction of typographical errors. The requirements for performance of an engineering evaluation on inoperable snubbers are also clarified.
A summary of the proposed changes is provided in Attachment 1, the changes themselves in Attachment 2, and an evaluation of Significant Hazards Consideration in Attachment 3.
In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR170, an application fee to
$150.00 is enclosed.
