on May 17, 1988, concerning activities conducted at your Sequoyah facility. We
have evaluated your response to Violation A and found that it meets 'the
requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your
corrective actions during future inspections.
Your response to Violation B is being evaluated and will be addressed in a
subsequent letter.
