revision to our previous Amendment request to the above Operating Licenses to revise the Action statements listed for the Reactor Trip Breakers in Table 3.3-1.
This change was reviewed by the OSC and ^9C and determined to be safe and does not involve an unreviewed safety question.

Documents designated Attachments A, B and C which setforth the change in Technical Specifications, the safety analysis and the no significant hazards evaluation.
This is a
revision to a previous submittal for which a license amendment application fee has been paid, therefore, no additional application fee is required.
