Dear Mr. Martin:
Attached please find Control Copy Numbers 8-3, 8-4, 8-9, 8-12, and 8-13 of Amend-ment 13 to the PVNGS Security Plan.
These copies consist of an additional page to be added to copies of the Security Plan currently held by the NRC.
In addi-tion, we are herewith forwarding one copy (Control Copy No. 8-11) to the Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
This amendment is submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p) and reflects a change to the PVNGS Security Plan which does not decrease the safeguards ef fective-ness of the plan.
The attachment contains Safeguards Information which must be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21 and is therefore to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d). Please ensure appropriate steps are taken to safeguard its contents.
