The staff has completed its review of equipment classification and vendor interface for the Callaway reactor trip system, Generic Letter 83-28, Item 2.1 (Part I and Part 2). The staff finds that these subparts of Item 2.1 are acceptable for Callaway.
This completes the staff actions for Item 2.1 of Generic Letter 83-28. A copy of the related safety evaluation is enclosed.
