SUBJEt..: REVIEW OF NON-POWER REACTOR SAB0TAGE STUDY The confidential report, "Nonpower Reactor Sabotage Study," LA-CP-87-02, January 1987, has been forwarded to your temporary storage facility. A copy of the_ transmittal letter is enclosed for your information. The personnel at your facility who currently hold or received clearances from NRC to review the report should make arrangements at this time to perform the review.

We are forwarding the reactor descriptions, facility analysis, and radionuclide release consequences sections of the report for your particular facility.

Please review and provide the following information:

(1) Identify any errors of fact and provide correct information.

(2) Provide comments as necessary on the analysis.

This may be done directly on the report pages provided. Should you decide to write a separate document, please insure that it is properly classified. Please complete your review within 45 days of receipt of this letter. If~you have any questions, please contact me at 301-492-1121. '

The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this' letter affert fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.95-511.
