Subject: Combined Inspection Nos. 50-277/88-19 and 50-278/88-19
This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. G. Napuda of
this office on June 6-10, 1938 at the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station,
Delta, Pennsylvania and your Philadelphia, Pennsylvania corporate offices
of activities authorizwd by NRC License Nos. ORP-44 and OPR-56 and to the
discussions of our findings held by Mr. Napuda with Mr. O. Smith and other
itembers of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
