The Region 1 staff reviateed the changes to the Northeast Utilities Quality Assurance Program Topical Report transmitted in Reference 1.
Based on the review of the changes, the Region 1 staff determined that these program changes are acceptable as they do not reduce the commitments of your previously approved program. Revision 11 of the QA Topical Report contains approximately thirty changes. These changes predominantly reflect the current organization, the start-up of Millstone No. 3, and clarifications to provide consistency with other documents.
