SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION Cl{ANCE 88-09 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, we are enclosing a requested amendment. to license DPR-?? to change the technical speelfications of SQN unit 1.
This unit 1 amendment is aimlier to the previously approved technicel specification change 87-46 for unit 2 that was submitted to NRC on March 1,1988.
The proposed change revises table 3.6-1, "Bypass Loakage Paths to the AuxL11ary Duilding " to add the potential leakage paths associatiid wLth tho unit 1 hydrogen analyzor.
The proposed technical speciflention chan5e is identified in enclosure 1.

justification for the proposed technical specification change is provided in enclosure 2.
A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration performed puruuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is provided in onclosuro 3.
