On March 31, 1986, to April 4, 1986, the NRC administered examinations to
employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate your
Millstenc Nuclear Power Station Unit 3.
At the conclusion of the examination,
the examination questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those

members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
For the third time in the past two years, an unauthorized person was found in
the examination area during the written examination. Any future occurrence of
this problem may result in the termination of the examination.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commissions regulations, a copy of this
letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
No reply to this letter is required. Your cooperation in this matter is
appreciated.
