Our evaluation is i based on the review of Submittal 2 of Revision 03 to CEN-152, which was trans-mitted by the Combustion Engineering Owners Group (CE0G) in a letter dated J August 6, 1986. The staff has previously issued other evaluations which are ,

y contained in References 1, 2, and 3.

Based on our review of the CE0G submittal, we conclude that Submittal 2 of '

Revision 03 to CEN-152 is acceptable for implementation, and will provide i improved guidance of emergency operating procedure development. .;
