SUBJECT:
ILLIN0IS REQUEST FOR SECTION 274b AGREEMENT We have reviewed the prepublication Federal Register notice for the State of Illinois and the Illinois program for assumption of the NRC's regulatory responsibilities. Our earlier review raised a few questions that were adequately addressed in your memorandum dated October 1, 1986. We, therefore, concur in the State of Illinois' request for becoming an Agreement State without further comment.
