Renewal of License No. SNM-14 2 This letter and two copies of an application for possession and use of special nuclear materials is enclosed. The application is submitted pursuant to section 70.33, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, to request renewal of License SNM-142.
Environmental data and information to support the renewal application as required by 10 CFR Part Si has not been included. The nature of our application may possibly qualify for an exemption from the require-ments of the regulation as specified in 10 CFR 51.6.
Environmental data, however, has been submitted in connection with the renewal of reactor license - 87.
The reactor license renewal was submitted for renewal consideration on June 30, 1986.
We request that the license be renewed for the maximum period of time permissible under Commission procedures.
