Docket Nos. 50-206, 50-361 and 50-362 Physical Security Plan Changss, Revision 10 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 This letter forwards Revision 10 to the USNRC approved August 1983 " Physical Security Plan, San Onofre Units 1, 2 and 3" for USNRC review in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p). The enclosure provides a chronology of the current status of Revisions 1 through 9 to this Plan.
As a result of our continuing review and updating of this Plan, a number of changes to this Plan have been made. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), enclosed are six (6) copies of a description of the changes and of Revision 10 to the August 1983 Physical Security Plan which is notification of the changes.
The changes described in the enclosure do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of this Plan.
The enclosure contains " Safeguards information" and must be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR 73.21.
