This letter is in reference to your license authorizing distribution of devices to persons who hold a general license under 10 CFR Part 31.5.

U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC) regulations require that you report transfers or lack of transfers of such devices to general licensees under USNRC jurisdiction on a g'uarterly basis. A check of our files appears to indicate that reports for the l, 2"', 3", and 4"' quarters of 1990 have not been received by USNRC.

Please send the appropriate reports to the undersigned or notify the undersigned in writing that no transfers were made in these quarters. Your cooperation in correcting this is appreciated.

In addition, please notify us if you are no longer licensed to distribute generally licensed devices or if you are exempt from submitting this information.
