EXAMINATION REPORT, Arkansas Nuclear One Unit 1 (AN0-1)
On April 15-18,1986 NRC administered examinations to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate your AN0-1 facility.
Concurrently, employees previously licensed to operate your ANO-1 facility were given NRC prepared requalification examinations. At the conclusion of the examinations, the examination keys were provided to facility staff personnel and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report. As a result of these examinations, the AN0-1 requalification training program is evaluated as satisfactory.
