RESTORATION OF LIMIT OF LIABILITY ENDORSEMENT (Extraordinary Nuclear Occurrence)

It is agreed that:

i 1. In accordance with Condition 3 of the policy, payments made and expenses i incurred by the companies' thereunder, from and after the effective date of Endorsement No. 91 has reduced by $932,930.07 all the stated limits of the companies' liability.

2. The current limit of the companies' liability, being the reduced limit in effect on December 31, 1986, is hereby restored by the sum of $932,930.07 l

but only with respect to obligations assumed or expenses incurred because of bodily injury or property damage caused by the nuclear energy hazard due to an extraordinary nuclear occurence which happens during the period from the effective date of this endorsement to the date of termination of the policy and arising out of the ownership, operation, maintenance or use of one or more of the two nuclear reactors situated at the location designated in Item 3 of the Declarations; provided, however, that such extraordinary nuclear occurence is determined by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to be an " extraordinary nuclear occurence" pursuant to the provisions of its regulations and the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as aniended, and in effect on May 1, 1979.

3. The limits of liability stated in the policy shall not be cumulative. Each payment made by the companies after the effective date of this endorsement for any loss or expense covered by the policy shall reduce by the amount of such payment every limit of liability, regardless of which limit of liability of applies which such loss or with expense respect to arises. theis b,odily to ce in g g r,og rty g ge g nuer and being rnade part )

NITCLEAR ENERGY LIABILITY INSURANCE MUTUAL ATOMIC ENERGY LIABILITY UNDERWRITERS RESTORATION OF LIMIT OF LIABILITY END0RSEMENT (Extraordinary Nuclear Occurrence)

It is agreed that:

1. In accordance with Condition 3 of the policy, payments made and expenses incurred by the companies' thereunder, from and after the effective date of Endorsement No. 79 has reduced by $270,850.67 all the stated limits of the companies' liability.
2.
