EXAMINATIONREPORT,FORTCALHOUNSTATION(FCS)
On March 18, 1986, NRC administered examinations to employees currently licensed to operate your FCS facility who failed the November 12, 1985, NRC administered requalification examination or whose license were due for renewal. ,
At the conclusion of the examinations, the examination keys were provided to facility staff personnel and preliminary findings were discussed with those r! embers of your staff identified in the enclosed report. As a result of these examinations, the accelerated training aspect of the FCS requalification training program was evaluated as satisfactory for the conduct of remedial training of operators found deficient as a result of NRC examination. The overall requalification training program evaluation remains unsatisfactory and continues to be subject to the conditions stated in FCS EXAMINATION REPORT 50-285/0L-86-01, dated January 29, 1986.
