A special, announced inspection of your Start-up Radiation Survey Program at
Millstone Unit 3 was conducted on June 2-6, 1986. Areas examined during this
inspection are discussed in the enclosed inspection report and included instru-
mentation, training, surveys, and resolution of identified deficiencies. The
findings were discussed with Mr. W. Romberg.
No violations were identified and no response to this letter is required.
