This letter refers to the routine safeguards inspection of your activities
authorized under NRC License No. R-73 conducted by Mr. A. V. Wieder of this
office on June 2 and 3, 1986. It also refers to the discussion of these
inspection findings with Dr. M. Robkin and certain members of his staff on
June 3, 1986.
The inspection included examination of activities related to Safeguarding
special nuclear material as described in the enclosed inspection report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of
procedures and records, interviews with facility staff and inspector

observations,
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of NRC's " Rules of Practices," Part 2,
Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of the findings of your
safeguards and security procedures are exempt from public disclosure;
therefore, the enclosed inspection report, the enclosed notice of violation
and your response thereto will not be placed in the Public Document Room and
receive limited distribution.
