SUBJECT:
REVIEW OF APPENDIX E (REV. 2) TO CPRT PROGRAM Pl.Ah By letter dated June 6,1986 TUGC0 submitted Rev. 2 to Appendix E of the CPRT Program Plan.
TUGC0 has not explained why it was revised, nor has TUGC0 indicated where it was revised. A letter is being sent to TUGC0 requesting this information in a 30-day time frame.
A preliminary review indicates that some changes have been made in the definition of a "QA/QC program deficiency."
Our goal is to issue a letter evaluation that would in effect supplement SSER 13 to keep our evaluation current.
We will forward a copy of TUGCO's response to our information request when received in about 30 days.
In the meantime, we ask that you page through the new Appendix E with sufficient care to ensure that it does not contain anything new that would require immediate action.
Assuming that TUGC0 responds by July 15, we request your assessment of the changes to Appendix C by July 31, 1986.
